industrial for lonely souls
I have to admit i had trouble getting into nin... the downward spiral is a great album, but,i had to relisten to it a couple times to fully understand it,but after listening to pretty hate machine,i started to understand the band as the more philosofical and sad part of the industrial movement, maybe nin songs arent complex but they are charged with some of the best lyrics about being a human ever,i mean, head like a hole, piggy, closer, hurt are excelent songs about emotions, but what about pretty hate machine? is it charged with emotions and heavy industrial? hell yeah it does, the songs are all great,80s industrial without samples, just trent reznor pure brilliant voice telling you there is no god to help us,its an album that mixes really good all the industrial elements to do a mix of clever industrial a la pink floyd (in the sense of brilliant performance, wich is different from other industrial acts who does more punkish industrial) this album gets better after another listen,i like it a lot,you can listen to it on spotify or here or you can get it at soulseek, happy trashing! - komaeda
